Refund Policy

 

You can return your item 30 days from the date of purchase for your full refund or exchange. 

 

To qualify for refund, follow the guidelines below;

Ship the item in their original pack.

To complete your return, we require you to inform us of the order number for item identification. 

 

Items are approved for a refund if they are within 30 days after purchase. 

 

Refunds

Once you send us proof of return, like a tracking number, your refund will be approved and processed immediately. We will send you an email notifying you that a refund has initiated. 

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund, contact your bank for further update. 

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund reflects in the bank. 

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund appears in your bank account. 

 

Sale items 

All items selling in our store are refundable after the return is approved.

 

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange item with a similar one, contact us at our email admin@bellissimodeals.com and return the item. 

 

You will be responsible for shipping costs for returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

 

Shipping items with cost of over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
