To complete your return, please provide us with your order number for identification purposes. Items returned within 30 days of purchase are eligible for a refund.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you have not received your refund:

Sale Items: All items purchased from our store, including sale items, are eligible for a refund once the return is approved.

Exchanges: We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at admin@bellissimodeals.com and return the item as instructed.

Shipping Costs for Returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Depending on your location, the time it takes to receive the exchanged product may vary.

For items valued at over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
